  Ēš ABS Tester Introduction
   
ABS Tester performs both ABS module test and Brake test in the End of line Roll & Brake Test machine through Communication interface with vehicle ABS ECU and this test includes module diagnostics, sensor diagnostics and basic functionality of vehicle ABS system and Brake system.
  Ēš ABS Test Function
   
ECU ID Check
  ECU has its own ID character sets inside ECU internal memory and ABS tester read the internal memory to verify if this ECU ID match with build record of the test vehicle.
DTC Check
  ECU performs self diagnostics of its module itself and during this self diagnostics test trouble codes scanned are internally recorded as standard code number. ABS tester read the trouble code memory of ECU module and publish if there are any trouble codes.
ABS Air Gap Check
  ABS ECU measure wheel speed through Wheel Speed sensors installed at each sensor wheel tooth. These speed sensors are generally generating magnetic pulse while wheel is rotating and the gap between magnetic sensor and sensor wheel tooth is to be within standard tolerance limit not to fail to read magnetic pulse. ABS tester read each wheel speed sensor value at low speed and compare these values with roller speed to judge if wheel speed measurements are being done correctly.
Drag Force Check
  ABS Tester continuously measure roll speed change to calculate inertia force of each wheel and during costing down step, ABS Tester calculate each wheel drag forces and judge if particular wheel show over limit drag force.
ABS Valve test, Brake Tube and Wheel Speed cross check
  ABS Tester performs ABS valve functionality check while maintaining braking effort constant and forcing each 4 ABS valves fired during predefined time intervals and also during sequential firing of 4 valves, ABS Tester sequentially check wheel force changes and check both tube and sensor cross.
Brake Force Check
  ABS Tester performs Brake force evaluation during bake pedal effort through measurement of roll speeds and calculation of wheel forces.
TCS, ESP Valve check
  ABS Tester performs TCS, ESP valve functionality check while the vehicle is coasting and forcing each TEC and ESP valves fired during predefined time intervals.

Driver's Display and Administrator's Display
Dual display monitor function offers specific displays for separate monitor. Driver's Monitor shows test guide message and process value currently being processed and test results after completion of test.
Administrator monitor shows test processings and test result details, machine and facility status. All the measured data and test results are restored in the ABS Tester PC and ABS Tester program offers data replay function and result management for easy tracing of test result of a specific test vehicle.
R/B Test Result management
 All test result data performed on R/B Test are restored and those result data are manipulated in data base structure to prompt search and data tracing.
Test Result Report
Test Result manager function provides real time measured graph for the analysis of force and speed pattern and its test report function
Data Converting
All test result data details are converted in excel reporting file.
Report generation
Specified report generation of standardized format for the test result details is provided.
Result analysis
For the analysis of test data tracing, enlarged test graph function is provided and this graph shows actual time point of valve firing and its related force patterns for the analysis.
ABS test parameter configuration
ABS test parameters are easily being changed and modified by test parameter configuration function
Bar Code & VIN interface
ABS Tester program offers Bar Code reading and Assembly line code Host interface for the data manipulation and classified test result managing.
